What the association is and does

Overview

Lorain County Aircraft Storage Office Condominium Owners Association (LCASOCOA) is the condominium association for the aircraft storage and office units at Lorain County Airport (KLPR). Each owner holds title to an individual unit and an undivided interest in the common areas. The association maintains the lounge, sets and collects assessments, and enforces the governing documents.

The association was formed in 2018 and currently includes 12 units across one building.

How it's run

Owners elect a volunteer board selected from the owners, comprimsed of a President, Vice-President, Secretary and Treasurer. Decisions are made according to the bylaws.

What's an owner's responsibility

Owners maintain the interior structure, concrete pad in front of their hangar, carry required insurance and keep their contact and certificate of insurance on file with the association.
